I need help with paying my bill

The system will not allow me to pay on the phone and your system takes extremely long to send a code when trying to do it online

user_42uqmo We are unable to make payments on our end, but you can make payments from our Xfinity app. You can also set up autopay from the app if you want as well. Here is a link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat with other payment methods if needed.
