I need help with customer service.

I have basic customer service questions.  The app is not programmed to help.  Texting is just another version of scripted responses that do not address simple questions.  Calling 1-800 Xfinity is not much better as reps are clearly working off a script.  Is there an actual human being that listens and can address questions?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@EG Not sure if this what you're looking for but No, my question has not been addressed, though it's only been a few minutes.  I attempted to find a way into Xfinity to find out about and/or get some help w/ a basic customer service issue.  Their app is worthless, their "text us questions" functionality is essentially the same as the app;  it's clear only scripted answers to a limited set of questions can be addressed (and those questions simply steer one toward adding services or purchasing items).   If I had more choices for an internet and TV service provider in my area, I would be very inclined to dump Xfinity.
