I need help requesting that I be present when my underground cable gets installed
I need help requesting that I be present when my underground cable gets installed. I can't see to get to a real person no matter which route I take for customer service.
Can someone help me? A permit for the work order has been approved.
Looking for an xfinity employee to respond and help.

Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
