I need help requesting that I be present when my underground cable gets installed

I need help requesting that I be present when my underground cable gets installed. I can't see to get to a real person no matter which route I take for customer service.
Can someone help me? A permit for the work order has been approved.

Looking for an xfinity employee to respond and help.

Underground buries are Special Request tickets. When a ticket is a special request, those aren't the ones that require someone to be home 18 and over. Special Requests can also involve other ompanies that we are business with.
