I need help my wifi is offline and I forgot my password please help me

Working from home myself, I completely understand needing to have access to your home network and want to help ensure you're able to locate your WiFi password. Here is a great article that shows how to locate and change your WiFi password through your account either online or through the Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-change-wifi-password . 

- Are you able to log into your account online or through the Xfinity App? 

If you didn't change your password from the default one, that is located on the sticker on the gateway. There is also the cool option of using the voice feature on your X1 set-top box if you have TV service. Hit the microphone button and say " Xfinity WiFi password" and a box should pop up on your screen with the information.
