I need help managing the website in order to pay my bill!
I’ve been trying to get into contact with someone that can help me figure out how to pay my bill on xfinity’s website. Anytime I try to pay my bills the site tells me “thanks for your purchase” even though I hadn’t paid the bill yet. I believe it to be from the initial purchase of services and now the account page won’t let me see any bill nor give me the opportunity to pay it. I need help, thank you!
