I need help keeping a camera connected to my network.

Last Saturday there was a power surge in my area which messed up some Xfinity equipment. A tech was here on Tuesday and replaced our router and worked on one camera that was connected to the network but not connected to our account. He set up an appointment with a Home tech for Wednesday. By the time that tech arrived early someone remotely must have fixed the account issue because the camera was working. When the tech arrived he explained that they are separating two nodes in the area and it would take two days. Later that day, I could see that my router as well as all the cameras on my account were working properly. Now on Friday, another camera is blinking orange and wont connect to the network. Not sure if the techs are still working in my area. If a tech reads this post, is there a way that you could verify if the work is done or still in process. I checked the Xfinity app and it says that I’m online and lists the devices connected to the network. Off and on my Camera 4 is not online.
