I need help getting a cut buried cable repaired

7-30-26 Buried internet cable cut by fence company installing fence.  They said they called for the utilities to be marked, but electricity, gas, and AT&T were marked but not the Xfinity cable location.

8-2-26 (approximate) Xfinity technician came out.  He said the cable was buried under the driveway and there would be a different company dispatched to bore under the driveway.  The technician ran a new temporary cable from the pole along the ground and across the driveway to restore service.  The cable crossed the driveway and the walking path entering our home which left multiple trip hazards.  I was told the other company would come out to bore under the driveway.

8-5-26 (approximate) A technician from AMcomm Incorporated (the boring company) came out. Upon looking over the job, he said he did not have the tools to do the type of boring he thought we needed.  He said it would have to be referred back to his company to send the right equipment.

And, then we waited and never heard from Xfinity or AMcomm.

9-21-26 (approximately) Called Xfinity to try to see why no one had contacted us or came out and was told they would check and call me back.  (NO CALL)

9-24-26 After no call from 9/21, called Xfinity again and was told that they had to send another technician out to reverify everything and would call me back by 5 p.m.

9-29-26 (approximately) Xfinity technician came out to check area.  He told my wife that they would send boring crew back out.

10-9-26 Finally got an appointment for the boring crew to come back out on 10-12-26.  The appointment window was "all day" and they said they couldn't make it any more specific.

10-12-26 Stayed home all day waiting for the boring crew but no one showed up.

10-13-26 Called AMcomm to see why no one showed up on 10-12-26, and was told that the original order from Xfinity had been closed and they did not have any new/active order,

10-13-26 Called Xfinity about the no AMcomm boring order.  I was told that they needed to reschedule for 10-19-26 between 6-8 p.m. (they also said that they have been sending updates to my email (I have never received any email updates.  They also issued a new ticket ([Edited: "Personal Information”]and was told they marked it a safety hazard.

10-19-26 6-8 p.m. appointment to approve boring but on one showed up.

10-20-26 Called Xfinity about No Show on 10-19-26 and was told someone will call me to schedule a new appointment.  They issued a new ticket ([Edited: "Personal Information”]and I confirm my email address and cellphone number.  I was told someone would call me with a new date and time. No one ever called.

10-21-26 Totally frustrated I went to my account on-line and opened a new ticket myself ([Edited: "Personal Information”]) and I identified it as a trip hazard.

10-26-26 As of this morning, I have still not heard from Xfinity.  No one at Xfinity seems to know what they are doing and no one seems to really care.  I have 4 Xfinity internet services at 4 different locations and I don't know what to do except cancel all 4 accounts and go to Starlink.

Can anyone offer me any advice on how to proceed.
