I need customer service
How do I talk to a human at xfinity. This is the worst experience ever. I had to replace my electrical meter and my electrical panel for my house I have no Internet because they had to disconnect the wire on the outside that went into the electrical meter panel I need someone to reconnect it so I can have Wi-Fi I can’t talk to anyone to explain what happened because all I get is rounded around that I have an outage [Edited: "Language"] I have an outage I need to talk to someone

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
