I need an agent to call me now

Worse ever customer service from a service provider in the area my NOW service is not working for 20 days .  No one has contacted me m they said they are working on it nothing is done. Xfinity assistant most annoying and aggravating things I have dealt with useless agent no help does not resolve issues and does not connect to agent. I have wasted multiple hours trying to get a lice person to resolve issues. Nothing done. If you don't address this msg I am taking my business to different service provider .

I need a technician sent out to check if my Now service is working. I m paying for it but have no access this is fraud. Is Xfinity cheating their customer

Hello user_nry0wn. I'm sorry to read of the trouble you are having with access your services and the connection for the NOW services. If you are subscribed to NOW internet or NOW TV services support for these services is only available through the Xfinity Assistant.

I know how troubling it is to have a service not be able to use it, so I will try anything I can to help out, but we unfortunately do not have access to NOW accounts to troubleshoot, repair or assist with billing matters. Do you subscribe to NOW TV or NOW internet?

Yes Xfinity Now service. Even after changing the streaming box can't get any channels or shows.
