i need a xg1v4 box
serviceman replaced my xg1v4 box today that was no longer working. He replaced it with a xg2v2-p box. He did not have a working xg1v4 box with him.
The new box is not 4k. I checked my local xfinity store and the do not have any xg1v4 boxes. How can I get an xg1v4 box?
