I need a tech to service my connection

I would like to be connected with someone who can service my internet connection. I am not receiving anywhere near the speeds I pay for. 

Before you start with the typical run around nonsense. Yes, I have used the chat assistant. It can find no issues. Yes, I have restarted my modem/router. No effect. I do not have the "direct message" icon. I expect to be contacted in no less than 24 hours to schedule a technician to come and address this. Do not attempt any other solution.
