I need a supervisor to call me back. I’m going to Better Business Bureau, and I am making a complaint and whoever else will listen to me.
an outside company hired by Xfinity called me on Wednesday and promised me that I’d have better cable I’d have all my services bundled that is cable to phone lines and Internet for the price that I’m paying for cable. He offered me better cable channels he offered me Peacock and another streaming channel. He offered me $200 gift cards, one for each phone line that I was porting over he even put me on hold and told me that he was going to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor told him that I could have the two 100 gift cards as soon as I hook up my phone lines they did not tell me that it was for mobile lines. They told me that it was for my home phone lines that has been taken away from me. Also, Xfinity is telling me that they don’t give me nothing at this Perrson had offered me. I have his name. I have the phone number where he called me from. I called them and talk to another guy. I have his name and his badge number and he told me that he would talk to his supervisor and listen to the conversation that we had that day he would call me back in an hour and a half that was on Friday. This is now Sunday and no call back. I also talk to another girl from Xfinity itself. She told me that she was going to talk to her supervisor and that they would send me an email that was Saturday. This is Sunday and no email. She told me it would take three hours everybody that I talk to tells me lies. I am not very happy and nobody will let me talk to a supervisor. I think Xfinity is ridiculous. I would appreciate a phone call back [Edited: "Personal Information"] and have this resolved. I have been promised callbacks and nobody calls back . I think when Xfinity hires people you hire them [Edited: "Inflammatory"] because everybody that I have a name on on my paper has done nothing but lied to me.

This place is ridiculous!! Been on hold for over an hour to speak to someone!! They are horrible. Will be cancelling very soon!
