I NEED A RETURN LABEL

We received are replacement box but they did not include a free return label so we can send the old one back. Please advise.

Good Morning, @Bwood8 Thank you for taking the time to reach out! You can log onto xfinity.com/returns and print out your label then all you would need to do is contact UPS with your tracking number and they would be able to schedule you a pickup at no cost to you. You can also take your equipment back to the local Xfinity Store https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers?q= or any UPS Store https://www.theupsstore.com/tools/find-a-store, and they can send it back at no cost to you. Furthermore, you can also Visit the Digital Return Center at xfinity.com/returns and follow the on-screen steps for the device you'd like to return.- Richard
