Greetings, @user_rexm4d! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about sending back your old equipment. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

There are currently three different options available for returning your equipment.

 

1. If you would like to pack everything up yourself, you can go to http://xfinity.com/returns and print a free return shipping label for any piece of equipment assigned to your account.

 

2. If you don't want to mess with packing everything up, you can bring your equipment in to any UPS store and give them your account details (name, address, etc.). They will pack and ship the equipment back to us for free, and provide you with a receipt to confirm the equipment has been turned in.

 

3. If your local Xfinity Store is nearby, you can definitely bring your equipment there. You can check for hours and availability online at http://xfinity.com/servicecenters. If you have our amazing 'Xfinity' app on your phone, you can find hours and directions to your nearest Xfinity Store at the bottom of the main overview page.
