i need a return kit shipped to me to return equipment
I moved to the area that do not have any xfinity store and i followed the instruction to create return label and that did not work for me.I talked to customer support and she was not able to help and she was so rude that i have to drive 250 miles to drop the equipment otherwise she will send it to collection for not paying the device. Is there any way i can get a return kit or i should assume that xfinity has worst customer service.
