I need a new exterior coaxial cable run

Hello,

I recently purchased and moved into a home that has Xfinity service, but the coaxial run from the grey Xfinity "box" outside my home into my home is old and the signal is very weak. I have no other coaxial access points in my home (in other words, I only have one point of cable access in the entire house). I would like to request an exterior cable run from the Xfinity box to two rooms in my home. Who should I contact to make this request?

Hey @BCJ_502 I appreciate you taking time to send us a message on our Xfinity Forums page for assistance. I know it is important to have TV viewable in all rooms in your home. You are in good hands and I would love to help and see what we can do to get line ran to those two rooms.

 Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 Press Enter to send it
