I need a LIVE person to call me.
I am having issues chatting with an agent. Every time I ask the virtual chat for the agent (and I've chatted several times before to no end or resolution), the chat goes silent. I want a REAL person to call me. Xfinity what is happening? Why do we no longer have a human to speak with? I'm going to move my business elsewhere if this continues.
