I need a LIVE person to call me.

I am having issues chatting with an agent. Every time I ask the virtual chat for the agent (and I've chatted several times before to no end or resolution), the chat goes silent. I want a REAL person to call me. Xfinity what is happening? Why do we no longer have a human to speak with? I'm going to move my business elsewhere if this continues.

I have been overcharged and I don't see a credit issued - despite being told repeatedly it would occur. I've also been charged additional costs on my mobile and I also wasn't informed this would occur. I want to speak with someone on the phone.

    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
