I need a human agent to update my mailing address, which has always been incorrect
The chat bot doesn't have an option to connect to a human agent. The chat bot only has links, which do not let me update my mailing address, which has ALWAYS been incorrect.
This is my 7th or maybe 8th time tying to get xfinity to update my mailing address. I need to upgrade equipment, which needs to be mailed to me. As you can imagine, it will not reach me because my mailing address has ALWAYS been incorrect, and xfinity fails to update it. I decided to try one more time, but the new chat bot appears to have no mechanism to link to an actual human.
My next steps after this are to cancel my service and go with a competitor. The only reason I need to cancel is because all of my prior attempts to get xfinity to have my correct mailing address have failed. Can anyone believe how absolutely ridiculous this is?
Last try xfinity. You only need to change one single character to fix this... One character... Let's go!

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
