I need a call back urgently
I spoke to someone from Xfinity CS on 10Jun2025 <someone with the name of Ezell or Izzel>, and I was told that I was going to get a call back today (21Jun2025) and I still have not received the call.
I was offered that day “in order to cancel your services, we’ll give you a promotion, where you won’t need to pay your usual monthly amount, but a lower / one-time price … if you accept” (which I did)! Unfortunately now -it seems I was tricked- because I’m being charged not only the normal amount for the month, but also an extra & increased amount for next month! I need to speak over the phone with someone immediately. I’d appreciate your help asap‼️ When I call your CS phone, the machine doesn’t let me speak to anyone and it only mentions -in a repetitive way- that I need to pay. Very annoying!
