I need a battery backup for my XF Pro

It should be stated much more obvious that the cellular option on the XF Pro will NOT work in both cases a network or a power outage; hence even if I have power at the house, BUT comcast is down, it will not be connected with the back up battery.

Which is $60…

and for this i see that I need to send a question and then I will be directed to a DM?!

user_e8iyqg - Hello, and thank you for choosing Xfinity and joining us here on the Forums! Xfinity Pro is designed to provide a more reliable and connected experience throughout your home. For $15 per month, it includes wall-to-wall WiFi coverage, automatic 4G LTE cellular backup during eligible network outages, and device prioritization tools to help optimize your connection. It requires qualifying postpaid Xfinity Internet service and a compatible gateway. If recommended, up to two WiFi extenders can be included, and the optional Battery Backup device is available for a one-time charge of $60.
