I made a change to my account online.

Hello, I made a change to my account online and received a confirmation number, but it does not look like the change was made. Looking for help

I have not received the confirmation email yet. I first went into to change my plan, but I was not able to remove HBOMax. I did not give me the option. I started over and cancelled HBOMax first. Xfinity only offers the standard plan, this is why I cancelled. I did receive that confirmation email for the cancellation. I went back in again and I was able to change my TV plan from Ultimate to the 185+channel Premium plan. Got all the way through the process, it told to wait a minute as it processed and then provided a confirmation #. I can provide that if needed.
