@user_db7e9b Hello and thank you for reaching out over our Xfinity Community Forums. I am so sorry to hear that you accidentally linked the incorrect Netflix account to your Xfinity account, and I would be more than happy to help! So all you need to do is simply go to the Xfinity cable box in question where you are signed into your Netflix, use your Xfinity remote to go to the main page where you see the Netflix content available, then click back or last on your remote and it should give you the "Continue watching panel", where you can go down to the bottom and choose "Settings", which may show a gear icon. Once you hit settings, all the way at the bottom of the settings menu there is an option that says "Sign out". Once you choose sign out, you can then sign back in with the correct Netflix username and password. Please let us know if this works for you, or if you have any issues at all! -Christopher

I am in the same situation and it will not let me switch accounts. It reverts to the other account
