I keep getting inaccurate texts telling me that my account is overdue

I keep getting texts from you guys telling me that I have an overdue balance, but when I log in, I see that my account is paid up (as it should be).

When I searched the forum, the search results indicated that other people had asked the same question, but when I click on the link, it sends me back to the main page.

What exactly is the issue, and how do we stop this?
