I keep getting calls that hang up

I sent a message. I continue to get 3 calls a day that hang up when I answer. They all come from [Edited: "Possible malicious number]. If the harassment does not stop I will block you and report you.

Do these numbers say they are from Comcast or Xfinity?  Be aware that anyone can spoof a phone number.
