I keep getting asked by Xfinity to return equipments. I have already returned all equipment not presently in use.

I have returned all equipment owed to Xfinity at the time and at the Xfinity store where got new replacements. They keep sending me requests to return equipment that I’ve already given to them. How can I make them know this?
