I just want to Cancel my TV/Cable services!

Please, I tried to call and contact them but it keeps sending me in the same loop. I just want to cancel the TV service cuz I don’t even use it! Help please

We are sorry to hear that when you tried to call, you kept getting sent in a loop, I can imagine your frustrations. We'd be happy to get your account pulled up to review and assist with removing your TV service and making sure that you are in the best plan to suit your needs and budget. In order to assist though, we will need to collect some sensitive information to locate and verify the account. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account including any applicable unit or apartment numbers?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

The link https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging just redirects you to the main forum page - https://forums.xfinity.com/ 

I am not sure if this is broken or just a temporary issue.  Also there is NO pencil and paper icon anywhere on this current page.  Nor is there an option to direct message under my account icon.

Please give users the correct information.  I guess I am going to have to call to get this done.
