I just ordered Internet with self-installation, what next?

Hello,

I just ordered Internet with self-installation, and received an email confimation like this:

Your equipment information
Account: ending in xxxx
Shipping Address:
If you ordered a Getting Started Kit, we'll send an additional email to let you know when your equipment has shipped.

Since I am using my own modem, what is supposed to ship to me? Also, when will be my frist service date?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
