I just need a copy of my bill

I have been calling, trying to use the chat, trying to call the store- using any possible method to get a PDF account statement of my final Xfinity mobile bill and for some reason it doesn’t seem possible? What on earth do I need to do to get an account statement that isn’t just a screenshot of the Xfinity website??

I have called the number many times but first the woman told me that it isn’t possible to get a billing statement. Then I was told that I had to go into the store. When I tried to call the store to find out if that was true it turns out you can’t actually call the store it just takes you back to the same number that you just called. It is circular and I’m not going to drive all the way to a store to find out whether or not they can print me some thing. Is there no secure messaging system where somebody can give me a copy of my last account statement?

This is really unbelievable. The simplest action, download a pdf of my bill, does not appear to be possible off the Xfinity website. Who decided that nobody would need to do this? Does the phrase "expense reimbursement" mean anything?

This is definitely not how we want you to feel as I am someone who is a customer too and would like to have this option accessible at all times. You’ve reached the best place for help. I will do everything within my power to own this billing concern and get this resolved as quickly as possible. Have you tried a different browser or cleared cache and cookies to see if you experience the same issue? Here is a great link with the steps on how to download a bill via our website. This is not accurate. These instructions only work for Xfinity Internet Accounts. You cannot download a PDF of an Xfinity Mobile bill

Omg ! I have spoken to several agents , chats in store and they said it’s not possible to get that . I think it’s ridiculous that you can’t get a pdf of all the stuff you need for a bill . It’s so unprofessional

@user_b4c926 Hi! You can view your bill in a PDF form through the Xfinity app by following the instructions mentioned above.

How do I get a pdf bill of my Xfinity mobile account? I know how to find the one for my internet.

Hello @tojikjon , currently PDF is not available for Mobile bills. You can view your statements from the app or webiste and print out if needed.

And by print out, I assume they mean choose Save as PDF. The whole thing is still ridiculous but at least there's this "hack"

@user_740c91​ This is what I ended up having to do. So glad I switched carriers I never want to deal with Xfinity again in my life.
