I just had a technician here but he didn't do anything
I saw a neighbor pulling white cable wire from the side of the house and nearly darkness of night around 8:30 p.m. I asked what he was doing but he didn't answer me I just had a technician here but all he said that that my internet was fine that's not what I was asking how come he couldn't tell with the box and it's wide open the neighbor had cut the lock off because it was only locked together with a tie erap

Good afternoon user_c8uukr. I do have a couple questions to help me better understand. Is the lock box on a single family home, or a multifamily home? Is the box still currently open at this time? You stated service is not currently impacted, is that correct?

I'm not sure if I'm following this correct yeah the box is still wide open the technician didn't say anything only that my internet was good I wasn't asking that the neighbor was pulling the white cable from upstairs I don't know it's a poor family two on each side my internet was never impacted
