I just got scammed from directly inside Xfinity Assistant chat

I received this link when talking to an agent in the legitimate Xfinity chat application. It asked for my ssn and bd. I called Comcast security and confirmed it is a phishing attack.

I have HBO Max and am being charged for it. We starting watching a series last night got through 5 episodes before going to bed. We try to continue watching and the screen says Pick up where you left off. We click on it and I’m asked all these questions. I follow all the steps. Nope. Refresh boxes, Nope. Start all over again and chat either says our account doesn’t exist or there is a problem and come back later. I’ve signed and out more times than I can count. It’s been almost an hour and we are still not getting in. This is ridiculous for $351.47 a month.
