I just achieved Platinum

I've used Comcast on and off, mostly on, since 1978.  Yesterday I talked with a rep, then another rep in Rewards.  They were both professional and helpful and easy to understand.  I had 9 years already credited and now I'm Platinum.  My advice is to know your approx. dates of service, be patient and persistent, and be kind to the reps.  I always want to be kind to docs and their staff, to people bringing me food, and to anyone who wants to give me money.
