I have xFi Complete but never had the Home Evaluation for a Free Pod
Hello! I pay for xFi Complete. The gateway's wifi signal does not reach our master bedroom though and connection is super slow or WiFi drops out entirely. When I signed up I was told a home evaluation would run to determine if I need a booster pod. However, I never got this email and it's been weeks now and the test never ran. What can I do to get that started?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
