I have tried everything and I cannot activate my Peacock subscription

I recently upgraded to 1GBPS internet. This comes with a 2 year premium peacock subscription. I was sent a link to activate my subscription. The link does not work, it endlessly takes me to a page that says I don't have any active subscriptions. If I go to the subscription store, it says that I have Peacock, but there's no "Activate" button. I have tried following every version of that link in different browsers, with incognito, and nothing works.
