I have reported my neighbor tapping into my line

I have reported my neighbor had tapped into my line approximately a month ago March 26. In August of 2025 lighting struck my residence and router blew up. Xfinity came out and ran a new line to my house. Young man stated then he removed all Xtra wiring in box and that are house was only one on xfinity. Since then there is a red line coming into box and alot of orange cabel connected going to my neighbors house.
