I have not been receiving emails since 4/12/25.

Friends and family have tried to email and get postmaster response as spam with no error report. When signing in to email via xfinity web site no new mail is showing there either. I have tried all the support bot recommendations and have not found anything wrong with any of my settings. I have been working on this issue for several weeks and have tried to call the customer service number and have not been able to talk to live person, this is very frustrating and very poor customer service on xfinity part. Your customers pay a lot of money for a service and when that service is not working not being able to talk to someone easily is very poor. Would you expect to pay a doctor for a surgery and have them give you the tools and say fix it yourself and here is a video showing how to do it, good luck. If I were able to talk to live agent this could have been fixed in one day instead of me taking three weeks to go through all the chat bot steps and not have a resolution. Thank you in advanced for helping, but let me reiterate how frustrated I am and disappointed that customer service has come to be this poor.
