I have no internet

No internet & no streaming. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone

Hi there, @user_ng4urx! Thanks for reaching out about not having internet or streaming. Our team is happy to further assist you. Is the light on your modem on, off, or flashing? What color is the light on your modem such as white, amber, or blue?

 

The Xfinity app can be very handy in this type of situation. The app will run a scan of the area for problems and allow you to sign up for text alerts. If there are no issues you can troubleshoot, send signals to your equipment, and if needed schedule a visit. We want things at your fingertips! I know it has saved me a few times now!
