I have NEVER felt with a company like this
I am so incredibly frustrated. It shouldn’t be hard to set up our new wifi, but unfortunately it wasn’t working. We called customer service and of course they couldn’t help, so they had to set up an appt with a tech. Between 2 days we have been on hold for over 3 hours, hung up on twice, just to find out it is going to take over a week to get a tech out here. I then said to cancel my services, and I had to say it 5 times before they would do so. I will never be back and will never recommend to anyone else either.
