I have Hulu on my Xfinity account but I live in Canada with no access to the box, and no permission to access chat

How do i speak to someone to cancel Hulu when I don't have "permissions" to access the server for chat as I live in Canada, and don't have access to the box as I'm currently not at my property for the next four months?

This should not be this difficult to cancel a service, and really is embarassing that with technology today, this is not an easy solve.

How can you help me cancel while not at my property, in front of my tv, or with access to chat?
