I have gotten over 100 calls from 888-934-6489

Since August 8th, I have gotten 111 phone calls and voicemails from 888-934-6489. Each voicemail plays an automated message that says "this is your call back", gives me a list of buttons to press, and then says they're sorry they missed me, but I never once asked Xfinity for a callback. I answered once and was asked if I had an issue with my account. I asked to not be called anymore, and was told I wouldn't be called again, but I have still been called over 50 times since then.

I attempted to get ahold of customer service to ask if they were calling me, so I could see if the number was spoofed, but couldn't get in contact with a real person. I want to get this solved, because some days I am getting 10 calls and voicemails every 5-10 minutes from this number.

Good evening user_2tg7nv! I appreciate you reaching out to tell us about the influx of call you've been getting from Xfinity recently. I know exactly how annoying it is to be blown up with unwanted calls as I'm trying to go about my day, but you're in the right place for help, and I'd be happy to look into this further for you 👍

To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
