I have been without internet service for four days due to a "network" outage. Cancel my home internet and TV service immediately

My name is [Personal Info] and my service address is [Personal Info Address].  I have been without internet service and TV for four days since Saturday, June 13.  This is Xfinity's fault and due to a "network issue".  I had an appointment scheduled with tech support to stop by my unit on Friday, June 19 between 12 to 2 pm.  Xfinity cancelled that this morning because my service was "momentarily restored."  It is impossible to connect with a live agent.  It is unacceptable to go without service for one day.  

I will dispute any future Xfinity charges with my bank.  CANCEL MY SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.

user_lrvhb5 Do you see a service interruption or planned maintenance notification from the Xfinity app by any chance? If you still see one, then the repair team is already actively working in your area to get that resolved.

This is what is says verbatim, "Your Xfinity services at [Edited: "Personal Information"] may be unavailable due to an issue with our network.  We're working to restore service as soon as possible.  We apologize for any inconvenience."  

Four days is unacceptable.  I had an appointment that was cancelled by Xfinity.  Service is totally unreliable.  I have decided to go with another provider.  Who do I contact to speak with a live body.  Please don't give me the runaround.  I called 1 (888) 934-6489, 1 (855) 226-6408, 1 (855) 319-2161.  I have better things to do then get hung up by an AI bot.  I should have kept my appointment because it's impossible to schedule one.  

This is a huge waste of my time and I have better things to do.  The provider I am going with is NEVER down and less expensive.

Four days is too long.
