Hello user_4rjuli we're so sorry to hear that the intent services are down. When you were on with the chat, did you go through troubleshooting steps like resetting the modem and settings?

Yes, they went over & over the troubleshooting steps but no luck, still no internet.  they had changed the name & password of the modem & signed me up with a free cell phone & reduced my monthly bill by $100 but I still have no internet. Now when I try to get them to go beyond to fix it, I keep getting channeled through to the chat like I haven't been on with them all day
