I have been having internet issues since signing up mid February [Edit]
I have a technician come to my home to troubleshoot, and he said the problem is outside and that you guys would fix it within a week. That was a week ago and still no fix. My internet keeps dropping. I want a tech at my house immediately and a credit for the last three months of [Edited: Language] service! [Edited: "All Caps"]

First, I wish you luck in getting a credit. Your chances are very, very slim. If your tech identified an issue with the service in your area, he should have escalated it so that the proper team would look into it. If your tech didn't report it, then you are still where you were before he came. If he reported, there should have been a ticket generated. If you called and spoke to someone, and they tell you no ticket is open, ask them if there has ever been a ticket since your service is new. Sometimes tickets get closed before xfinity confirms that a problem has been fixed. In the future, I recommend that you have the tech explain to you what the problem he found was. Have him tell you what he is putting on the ticket for escalation. If he doesn't, chances are he/she couldn't identify a problem but tell you that they are escalating so that you will not be upset when they leave without fixing the issue.
