Comcast came into my house and started kicking around my MSI 240 hz 1440p RTX 3080 laptop and it was top of the line when I bought it. It was dang near 13 grand Kia also broke the modem which was about 300 the CM1300 and the azus rapture axe 16000. He broke the antenna off and he kicked my laptop around so if there's not a plug in it it doesn't stay on. So I need to know what to do because I sent a police report to Comcast and it seems like they're trying to sweep it under the rug and that's only the beginning. This guy chased me out of my house. I have severe COPD. I went out of the house. I almost fell out because I couldn't breathe in. My grandmother watched him as he was smacking my phone out of my hand. I mean he wrenched the modem so hard that the little part where the cable goes in is loose and broke. And I have mesh routers, azus mess routers, the Wi-Fi 67E the brand new ones that are like a thousand some dollars. He broke the tops off them and the antenna just so happens is on the top but after he broke the top off the wire is broke. So now I don't get no signal and there was some person named John who was an investigator that was supposed to help but never did. And besides chasing me out of the house, my 83-year-old grandmother ran out of the house and ran into her daughter's car as this Comcast driver chased me out of the house because all they kept saying was please leave my house. You're breaking more of my equipment. This is thousands of dollars and he didn't care. He kept calling it all [Edited: Profanity] and he kept kicking everything so none of my stuff works like it used to. It doesn't even work not even close to what it was. I don't feel safe in my house with Comcast December 27th. I have a 96 bill because they gave me a $50 credit because of last month without cable it wasn't working. I don't know about paying the bill. I want to know what they're going to do about the thousands of dollars of equipment. I sent pictures to this guy John. He said I could text him. I sent all the pictures of all the equipment. The laptop cost about 14 15 thousand dollars because they don't make the one that I had. They make the newer ones and that's just how it goes now and I'm not buying a used one cuz I didn't buy. You used one. I bought a brand new one. All my stuff was brand new and now I got garbage because of what Comcast has done. Do I go to the news? Do I get a lawyer? This is defamation of property. My family is scared to be in the house when they see Comcast on the block. They're wondering is it this guy coming here to start problems? That's what Comcast did to us. So if you could please tell me what to do and figure this out. I've been a customer for well. Before 2000 it was continental cable when I was a customer and now it's one from Comcast. Now it's Xfinity and I've never used your guy's equipment. I've always bought the top of the line equipment that was compatible and now none of my equipment can even reach over 3400 MB when I pay for the 1200 plus unlimited gigabit and when I had to the top of the line equipment at you know not peak hours. I would get close to two and a half gigabytes and now I can barely get 293 394 201 and the guy kept calling all my equipment [Edited: Profanity] as he kept kicking it breaking antennas off, breaking the actual modules from the my the Wi-Fi mesh, breaking my screens on my laptop and making dead pixels and making it so it doesn't work I need you guys to fix this because this is absolutely horrible and I feel distraught that my grandmother is scared to go into the house because of Comcast
