I have been a customer for over 7 years.0
I called this morning at 11 am to inform them I am currently on medical unpaid leave FMLA and I wanted to make arrangements to pay Tuesday 3/17/2026. I was denied any hardship assistance which the policy states about 3 to options I had available to me. The rude rep cut my service off!! And I owe 20 bucks!! Don't worry I'm cancelling my now and they will never hear from me again....7 years ..Gold member is cut off for 20 bucks ...these people are the bottom of the barrel! I have a brother working in the Federal trade commission another one a well known and respected attorney, mother a judge and my sister works with a company who investigates deceptive practices...now!
