I have a work order that was closed and the work has not been performed. How do I update ticket with new information

Work order [Edited: "Personal Information"] has been closed but the work has not been done. They ran the fiber from the pole to my house but the cable needs to be run up the pole and down to the next pole for the connection. The cable is still coiled at the base of the pole. I have attached pictures with pole numbers on it for reference and had the support person included the addresses of the poles to make it clear. How do I get the ticket reopened and the cable run overhead so I can have the service install completed? If you zoom in on the bottom picture you can see the coil is labeled with my house number.
