i have a question about the newly revised terms of service (rules)

in number 16 it states...

MONITORING AND RECORDING
You agree that we (and our agents) may monitor and record any telephone calls or other voice communications, data, or images transmitted between: (1) us and our agents, and (2) you, your agents, any user of your Services, your Customer Equipment, or any user of any phone numbers associated with your account

what does this mean exactly? its sounds like comcast will view all your internet activities ..smells like a privacy intrusion. i deal with accounting and involves alot of sensitive information that should only be viewed by me and whomever iam transacting with. unless this new rule isnt what i think it is but something different. please shed some light on this.

Hey, kimochi1777! Thank you for bringing your questions about the Terms of Service to the Xfinity Community Forum! This is a great question; I would want clarification on this one, too! You're in the right place and I'll be happy to research this one for you. First, so I can find the right policy, can you tell me if you are a residential, or business customer? Also, what speed tier of internet do you subscribe to? Thanks in advance!
