Will the Rewards Center reissue expired gift cards? I called the number on the card and confirmed the balance.

To send us a Private direct message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support direct messaging, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.
I’m having trouble sending a direct message. What website page is the message icon on? There is none on this website page. Do you have a website link? Also, should I just contact the Xfinity Rewards Center?
