I have a promotional $100 VISA prepaid card that expired. Can I get a replacement?

Will the Rewards Center reissue expired gift cards?  I called the number on the card and confirmed the balance.

Hello, thanks for visiting us on our Forums page concerning your expired gift card. I know how convenient and handy that $100 GC would be, and my team can certainly assist you with submitting a request to have it reissued to you. To better assist you with this, please send us a Private Direct Message. 

 

To send us a Private direct message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support direct messaging, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.

I’m having trouble sending a direct message.   What website page is the message icon on?  There is none on this website page.  Do you have a website link?  Also, should I just contact the Xfinity Rewards Center?

To answer your question, you would not need to call the rewards center as my team can definitely assist you with having one reissued.

Where can I use it? Gas station - Nope. Online stores - Nope. Local small business - Nope. Target - Nope.

I appreciate the card, but it's more than frustrating if I can't use it.

Pay my Xfinity bill?
