You need to be a bit more specific, but leave out any personal identifying information.

A fraud matter is a bit different and there is different information for reporting such.

@Phant6m Have you managed to get in touch with someone regarding this, or do you still need help?

Hi @Phant6m! If you haven't received assistance with your fraud concerns, my team would be more than happy to help, however, we can. Can you provide any more details about your concerns without including personal info?

If you'd feel more comfortable, feel free to send a private message with your full name, as it appears on your billing statement and your service address. To send a message, click on my name, "ComcastChe," then click send a message.

Why is it so hard to post how to report fraud? I did a search and this is the only post I could click and see, thus why I'm writing this here. Most companies at least say they take fraud seriously and provide an address to forward suspected email messages.

I got a legit-looking email that I would think Comcast would like to investigate. At the very least, Comcast should want to confirm bogus or valid messages.

I saw that but it was about abuse. However on second look, I see the second tab about email and phishing. I still wish there was an easy-to-find link on Comcast Homepage.

Thanks.
