I have a downed wire on my property
I have a downed wire on my property that I have identified as an Xfinity wire, but I am no longer an Xfinity customer so I cannot get through to anyone on the phone to come fix it. Can someone please contact me?

Hey, @user_id5eoh - Thank you so much for bringing this downed line concern to our attention. That's definitely something we'd like to address as quickly as possible. Have you, by chance, tried reporting it through the Xfinity Assistant? Both customers and non-customers alike should have access to our ticket creation process for these types of circumstances.
