I have a code XRE-03121 that will not reset

I have done a system reset and also unplugged the box

@user_53mw0l Is this on every channel or does it even let you change channels? This error is also usually related to account changes in many cases. Did you recently change the plan at all?

 To send a direct message:
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right corner where your avatar is.
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line not the Employee's name
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
